Ductboard Designs is a leading manufacturer of innovative pre-insulated ductwork systems for use in the HVAC industry. The business started with roots in design, install and servicing of commercial and residential heating and air conditioning solutions in Canberra and the surrounding districts. For over thirty years our team has provided first tier services for multi-storey apartment complexes, carpark and retail developments, fitouts and single domestic dwellings. Over the last decade, we have incorporated light-weight duct technology to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, efficient HVAC systems.
With this experience, we established in-house manufacturing of pre-insulated systems for custom mechanical engineering solutions. With considered testing and technical improvements, Ductboard Designs expanded to provide a supply into the Canberra market. Our team takes pride in working with customers – from architects and engineers to builders and installers – to design and manufacture bespoke supply and return air systems to achieve the highest efficiency for any space.

About Ductboard
Using innovative patented technology, Ductboard Designs offers a full array of air movement solutions, ensuring that the system looks great but also performs better than current systems typically in use. Ductboard Designs solutions provide lower energy consumption, lower air leakage, better thermal performance, lighter and safer panels with an active anti-microbial fully accredited system.
The panels from which our products are fabricated, comprise a fibre-free premium performance rigid thermoset phenolic insulation core, faced on both sides with an extremely durable and protective low vapour permeability reinforced aluminium foil.
Pre-insulated panels are CFC/HCFC-free and are manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential and low Global Warming Potential.
